Green Salads that developed the first long plate concept design in Turkey has started its operations in Airport AVM in 2008 under the leadership of Remzi Gedik. In this process, our firm that offers delicious and healthy meals to its guests with grill, panned and salad options rapidly grow in food sector and reached more than 30 branches.

Our delicious food that attracts attention with its concepts has been awarded with the Innovation of the Year and Quality Awards in Golden Brand Awards of the Turkey which was organized for the first time in 2017 under Brand and Career Summit activities. In 2018, our firm was selected the Taste Brand of the Year again in Golden Brand Awards of Turkey.


Green Salads has always considered international quality and hygiene standards. In addition to providing safe food delivery to the consumers, our firms keep all the risks towards food safety under control. Accordingly, we are producing our products in our production services with ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 under hygiene and sanitation rules.
